Whole genome sequencing of blaCTX-M-15-positive Escherichia coli samples from Cambodia, Laos, Maldives and Thailand.. E. coli genomes collected by MMM consortium

MMM consortium is based at the University of Oxford investigating pathogen dynamics and evolution and has sequenced thousands of bacterial and viral genomes over the years. The genomes of this study is a portion of the huge data produced by the group. The samples here comprise of harbouring E. coli strains that were isolated from Cambodia, Lao, Maldives and Thailand.
