A dataset on the #Healthydiet discourse on Twitter

This dataset contains a list of 2,200 anonymised random original tweets featuring the keyword "healthy diet" or the hashtag #healthydiet that were posted between January 2018 and April 2019. Each tweet was manually coded by two independent coders with domain knowledge in nutrition and diet to identify whether the recommendation provided were in line with public nutrition guidelines (labelled as 1) or not (labelled as 0). Any discrepancy in the coding was resolved by a third independent coder.
