This concept note introduces the foundational theory and objectives behind a deterministic system for compressing and reconstructing complete symbolic biological sequences (such as viral genomes) into ultra-compact, visually encoded representations. The framework aims to achieve full-length reversibility of genomic sequences from minimal visual identifiers with 100% accuracy, tested on SARS-CoV-2.The method enables significant data reduction, rapid human/machine readability, and potential QR-based applications in genomic transport, identity systems, and low-infrastructure diagnostics. It is designed especially for resource-limited settings where visual inspection and compact transferability are critical.While demonstrated initially on viral genomes, the system’s scope and scalability extend toward larger genomes, including Homo sapiens, with a future vision of printable genome signatures at unprecedented resolution and fidelity. No detailed implementation, algorithms, or source code are disclosed in this concept version. This release is for the purpose of intellectual timestamping, strategic funding outreach, and early academic collaboration.<b>This work is shared as a private prepublication concept.
