Molecular pathology and BTKi pharmacology of DLBCL patient-derived xenografts

Defuse large B-cell lymphoma, the largest subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), are heterogeneous diseases with diverse histo-molecular pathology reflected by various subtypes genotypes, resulting in distinct pharmacology. Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) have yet to be approved for treating DLBCLs, mainly due to failure to identify the precise sensitive patient populations. We created a cohort of patient derived xenografts (PDXs) of diverse DLBCL diseases followed by detailed molecular pathology BTKi (ibrutinib) pharmacology analysis.
