资源简介:

This repository contains the full dataset of all trials and final processed data analysis accompanying the manuscript "Emergence of Density-Dependent Transport Variability in an Aquaporin-Mediated Membrane System." The data were generated using a Javascript two-dimensional coarse-grained simulation of a phospholipid bilayer containing a single modeled aquaporin. The simulation measures how increasing particle density, used to generate higher hydrostatic pressure, was used to investigate changes in the transport rate and variability of modeled aquaporins in 2D simulations. The repository contains all raw simulation data and summary statistics, including mean transport rate (⟨Jw⟩), variability in transport rate (Var(Jw)), and net flow measurements. 23 unique particle densities were measured, each with 3 trials. Measurements in each trial were recorded every 1 STU (where 1 STU = 50 timesteps). Raw data files were named with the following format: (# of particles) _ (area of screen in pixels) When the particles were divided by the area of the simulation bounds, the result was divided by 10,000 to reach the final density measured in p/PAU (1 PAU = 10,000 square simulation pixels). The code for the simulation used to generate this data is open-sourced and can be found at: https://github.com/vudathalad/membrascope.
