Supporting data for "Impact and mechanisms of ferroptosis in ovarian carcinoma"

This dataset is an supporting data for the PhD project "Impact and mechanisms of ferroptosis in ovarian carcinoma". This project focuses on exploration of the susceptibility of ovarian cancer cells to ferroptosis, and the synergistic anti-tumour effect of Cisplatin and ferroptosis inducers combination, as well as the molecular mechanisms of EPT1 in regulation of ferroptosis sensitivity in ovarian cancer. This dataset includes the raw and processed data of immunofluorescence, Sanger sequencing, RNA-sequencing, functional assay, quantitative-PCR and Western blotting included in the PhD thesis.<br>
