Curated dataset and reproducible analyses of Baltic Sea microbial cohorts metabolism

This repository contains curated datasets and reproducible R scripts used to generate the main figures and selected supplementary analyses associated with a study of microbial cohort metabolism in the Baltic Sea. The archive includes processed input tables and cleaned analysis workflows, enabling full reproduction of the reported results.
