single cell RNAseq analysis of mouse lymph nodes of mice with B16F10 tumor with and without treatment of mRNA Cxcl10 lipid nanoparticle

mRNA genetic adjuvants can be delivered by lipid nanoparticles to drive specific immune responses. In this study, single cell RNAseq analysis was performed on lymph node cells was from 1) healthy, 2) B16F10 tumor bearing, 3) B16F10 tumor bearing, Cxcl10-mRNA-LNP treated C57BL/6J mice. The goal of the study was to characterize gene expression in the lymph node to understand how expression of CXCL10 could impact immune responses to B16F10 melanoma tumors.
