Data for genomic translations and phylogenetic analyses associated with palaeoproteomic analysis of 20+ Ma Rhinocerotidae proteome

Included are three datasets: 1) Input, scripts, and output for phylogenetic analyses and 2) scripts and output for protein translations from genomic data of Elasmotherium sibiricum, and 3) Results from sequence conservation analyses for this data (entropy and protein rates).
