Supplementary files (Additional files 1-9) of the article "A 23-member bronchoalveolar lavage microbiome candidate profile in lung cancer: dependence on comparator choice and study-held-out evaluation". The study screened genus-level bronchoalveolar lavage fluid 16S rRNA gene profiles from ResMicroDb for effects concordant across four cancer-labelled sources, reconstructed participant identities where possible, and assessed the resulting 23-member candidate profile with direct comparator contrasts, within-participant and within-study tests, source-held-out prediction and cross-assay comparisons. The record contains the analysis code, processed inputs, analysis-unit memberships, execution records, null and resampling records, and result tables.
