FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of rod-shaped workpieces， such as window profiles or door profiles， which can move by means of transportation device in horizontal plane. In the plane located substantially perpendicular to direction of workpieces movement， treatment device is provided， having tools， which is spatially oriented in plane perpendicular to workpiece. Processing device consists of an open circular arc located in the plane perpendicular to the workpiece， which in the form of an open flat ring having an open section， is supported with possibility of rotation around the workpiece. On the open flat ring there are at least one movable sled， on which there is an engine， as well as an instrument. EFFECT: reduced time of billet machining. 12 cl， 6 dwg
