ESM1-mediated lipid metabolism reprogramming in ovarian cancer: ALKBH5/ESM1/KLF10/BECN1 positive feedback

Research has shown that ESM1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer (OC), and can be regarded as a new biomarker and therapeutic target for OC patients. However, the specific carcinogenic mechanism of ESM1 in OC still needs further clarification. In this study, differential genes regulated by Endothelial cell-specific molecule 1 (ESM1) were screened by mRNA sequencing. mRNA sequencing revealed that ESM1 regulation of lipid metabolism in OC was related to Beclin 1 (BECN1).
