资源简介:
The goal of this project was to characterize in detail the molecular function of the nuclear AKAP, AKAP95, on the regulation of chromatin remodeling and gene activity in a differentiation context. The experimental strategy combined stem cell differentiation with state-of-the-art genome-scale epigenetics and bioinformatics, functional chromatin-based assays and RNAi/mutant. The data includes:
- AKAP and FUS_genomics: Genomics viewer (browser) files and peak analysis for AKAP95 and FUS
- AKAP and TPR: Images, microsopy videos, analyses, text/observations, manuscript. Data on BioID experiments and analysis
- AKAP ChIP data and analysis. ChIP data_browser folder: genomics data for genome browsing (viewing). Analysis folder: various datasets. AKAP95ChIPGeneNames folder: gene lists
- BioID: Mass-spectrometry proteomics data files
