RNA-seq study of HUVEC/MSC cell growth on micropatterned Si-TiB2 substrates

Analysis of transcriptome changes in human umbilical vein cells (HUVEC) and mesenchymal stem cells (MCS) grown on deposited films of TiB2 micropatterns compared to conventional tissue culture flasks Total RNA was obtained from HUVEC/MCS cells growing on micropatterned Si-TiB2 substrates and conventional tissue culture flasks. TiB2 samples were compared to Plastic samples.
