Reference Data for EMASE and GBRS

The files in this repository support the analysis of genetically diverse samples (e.g., DO and CC mice) with Expectation-Maximization algorithm for Allele Specific Expression: EMASE, and Genome reconstruction By RNA-Sequencing GBRS, and the generation of reference files required for running these tools. These files are used in the The Jackson Laboratory Computational Sciences Nextflow pipelines. Pipeline specific documentation is in the repository wiki for running EMASE and/or GBRS.
