Metabolomes from the Mississippi Coast

Environmental metabolomics from Bay St Louis, Biloxi Bay, and Pascagoula Bay will be generated from select time points and spatial locations (a subset of the bacterial community samples taken during the same broader project). Data will be in a raw data format and a processed, derived data format that summarizes the metabolic diversity and putative molecular make-up of each sample.
