Geochemical data of alkaline arc rocks and HP-UHP mélanges in Western Tianshan

This dataset includes lithology and age of alkaline arc rocks and HP-UHP metamorphic rocks; major and trace elements of alkaline arc rocks; whole-rock Sr-Nd isotopes of alkaline arc rocks; zircon U-Pb isotopes, trace elements, and Lu-Hf isotopes of alkaline arc rocks; C-O isotopes of alkaline arc rocks and HP-UHP metamorphic rocks; and starting material compositions and thermodynamic modeling results. Major elements were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) at the ALS Laboratory Group, Guangzhou. Trace elements were determined with a Bruker M90 inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) at the Guizhou Tuopu Resource and Environment Analysis Center. Whole-rock Sr-Nd isotopes were measured at the Guizhou Tuopu Resource and Environmental Analysis Center using the Neptune MC-ICP-MS. Zircon U-Pb isotopes and trace elements were conducted on laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (La-ICP-MS) at the State Key Laboratory of Continental Dynamics, Northwest University. Zircon Lu-Hf isotope analyses were carried out using an ArF excimer laser ablation system, attached to a Neptune Plasma multi-collector ICP-MS, at the Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GIG CAS).
