The dataset included methylation sequencing data and multiplex droplet digital PCR (mddPCR) assay results for the selected markers
For the inhouse primary validation cohort (MethylTarget sequencing), 300 colorectal cancer tissue samples, 58 white blood cell samples and 14 cfDNA samples were collected. For the inhouse cfDNA validation cohort (mddPCR assays), 370 cfDNA samples of colorectal cancer, precancerous lesions, non-CRC patients (benign or malignant tumors of breast or lung) and healthy controls were collected.
