Banana grove.; Elisabeth Wärthl (1886-1975), from Eschenbach in Bavaria, served the Leipzig Mission as deaconess, midwife and nurse in Mamba from 1914 to 1920 and in Masama and Mamba from 1925 to 1938 (apart from home leave in 1932-1933).
