recovery in ZF after ICH mass spec dataset

Tg(nestin:GFP) zebrafish larvae were bred on an bubblehead (bbhm292) background. Homozygous bbh larvae exhibit intracerebral haemorrhage at 2 dpf and recover spontaneously. Heads were isolated at 3 and 4 dpf, nestin positive cells extracted, and a mass spectrometry analysis performed to determine proteins and pathways that are dysregulated in ICH condition over the period of recovery.
