Effect of biofloc system on shrimp gut bacteria

shrimp and rearing water in the control and BFS were cross-combined into four groups: control water (CW) + control shrimp (CS), CW + biofloc shrimp (BS), biofloc water (BW) + CS, BW+BS, and the Vibrio was respectively added into the groups to compare the resistance of shrimp against Vibrio infection. Then, the bacterial community was measured to evaluate the contribution of them in helping shrimp to resist Vibrio infection.
