Lateral mesoderm-derived mesenchymal stem cells with robust osteochondrogenic potential and hematopoiesis supporting ability

Here, hiPSCs were induced to differentiate to mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) through the intermediate stage of lateral mesoderm (LM). We sequenced mRNA samples of LM and LM-MSCs to generate the gene expression profiles of these cells. Overall design: 2 samples from LM stage (including LM 1 and LM 2), 2 samples from LM-MSCs (LM-MSCs 1 and LM-MSCs 2), and 2 samples of BMSCs (BMSCs 1 and BMSCs 2) were analyzed.
