资源简介:

This experiment served as a control condition for the tOCS protocols (both anodal and cathodal). It involved the application of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) at a low frequency of 2 Hz, without the DC component. The stimulation was delivered for 20 minutes at intensities ranging from -100 to +100 µA peak-to-peak. LFP signals could not be recorded during the stimulation period due to contamination by the stimulation artifact. Therefore, recordings were collected during the 20 minutes prior (Pre) and 1 hour following (Post) the stimulation. During both periods, electrical stimulation of the ventral posteromedial (VPM) thalamic nucleus was used to evoke responses in the primary somatosensory cortex (S1). This dataset was obtained from n = 10 awake mice. Access before the embargo ends: the files are under embargo until 30 June 2027. To request access before then, email Ricardo Salvador (ricardo.salvador@neuroelectrics.com) with a short description of the intended use.
