To identify CAF-specific secreted molecules, we performed transcriptome analysis to compare gene expression patterns between paired NAFs and CAFs isolated from one GC patient. Overall design: RNA-seq of Gastric normal associated-fibroblasts cells and Gastric cancer associated-fibroblasts cells from the same patient.
