MNase seq data of primary, immortalized and transformed mouse skin fibdroblasts from Ssrp1fl/fl;CreERT2 mice

Nucleosome distribution was compared between primary, immortalized and transformed mouse skin fibdroblasts with and without FACT using conditional knockout of Ssrp1 subunit of FACT Primary cells were isolated from mouse tails and used between passage 3 and 4, immortalized cells were transduced with p53 dominant negative inhibitor GSE56, transformed cells were obtained from immortalized by transduction with mutant HRasV12 oncogene. All cells were treated with tamoxifen for 4 days and after that used for MNase seq library preparation.
