This dataset contains the gene expression matrix derived from transcriptome sequencing.The first row contains column labels with the following definitions:- gene_id: Unique identifier for each gene.- Sham-1, Sham-2, Sham-3: Replicates 1, 2, and 3 of the sham surgery group.- Model-1, Model-2, Model-3: Replicates 1, 2, and 3 of the disease model group.- XBTYF_H-1, XBTYF_H-2, XBTYF_H-3: Replicates 1, 2, and 3 of the high-dose XBTYF treatment group.- XBTYF_M-1, XBTYF_M-2, XBTYF_M-3: Replicates 1, 2, and 3 of the middle-dose XBTYF treatment group.- XBTYF_L-1, XBTYF_H-2, XBTYF_H-3: Replicates 1, 2, and 3 of the low-dose XBTYF treatment group.Starting from the second row, each row corresponds to a specific gene. The first column indicates the gene_id, and the subsequent columns represent the expression levels of that gene in the corresponding sample groups.
