Comparison of gene expression in hippocampus among three strains (SAMP8, SAMR1 and JF1) of mice

We identified Searpina3n from SAMP8 strain plays a role as pathogenic chaperon by prolonging the oligomeric state of Amyloid beta 42 peptide. SAMP8 Serpina3n has 2 unique SNPs compared JF1 and SAMR1 strains of mice. Furthermore, the expression level of Searpina3n in SAMP8 is higher than other strains.
