Materials for demultiplexing and filtering RAD-seq data of <i>Tetraopes texanus</i>

The folder contains materials and data used to generate the .vcf file we used for downstream analysis in our manuscript. The folder contains a text file that describes our procedure starting from demultiplexing our illumina reads, through the creation of our final, filtered dataset. We include text files of the barcodes we used, the population map we used, and the iterative .vcf files for each step of filtering.
