A stratigraphic column and two features were examined for pollen as a test
to determine if preservation was sufficient to warrant continued pollen analysis
for this project. The stratigraphic column includes a dark cultural stain that
yielded a radiocarbon age of 6200 + 110 BP. Multiple samples were examined from two features to establish guidelines for future sampling in and around features.
