This dataset contains anonymized responses from 280 participants collected during the second round of a scenario-based assessment of ethical responsibility. Participants evaluated 15 professionally relevant ethical dilemmas concerning environmental risks, responsible innovation, research openness, dual-use concerns, and stakeholder inclusion. Responses were recorded on a three-level ordinal scale following an educational and reflective intervention.
