Screening of consortia to form nickel sulfide minerals

This study aims to screen nickel sulfide forming consortia from deep sea sediment. Consortia that showed nickel sulfide formation in RCVBN medium containing 1 mM nickel chloride as well as their enrichment cultures without nickel were analyzed by using 16s rDNA.
