This dataset consists of two folders one holding the COMSOL 5.6 model files and 3 CAD files of the geometry (Supplemetery3D), 

the other the matlab code and raw data as exported from COMSOL to csv files (RawData_AND_Code).

The rationale behind the duplication of COMSOl fiels and dat.csv's in conjuntion with CAD files is to make it as accessible as possible without a COMSOL license.

A dedicated ReadMe for the matlab code and raw data can be found inside the code folder,which in principle contains the interdependet matlab files and their respective raw data. 

The code as provide constituted the full analysis minus aesthetic changes more easilydone in layout soft wear.

Supplemetary3D contains:

Supplementary 1: CAD files of an individual CS 

Supplementary 2: CAD files of full femoral field 

Supplementary 3: CAD files of  the completely assembled model. 

Supplementary 4: ZIP of COMSOL files of the parametrized model as used in the present study.
