Job Satisfaction and Job Performance Research Survey Data for Correctional Officers in The West Java region, Indonesia

This data set is the result of a survey of 215 correctional officers in the West Java region, Indonesia. The data collected is in the form of measurement results of four research variables, namely Transformational Leadership (TL), Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Job Satisfaction (JS), and Job Performance (JP).
