资源简介:
Anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee is a condition that seriously affects the athletic ability of young adults. Reconstructive surgery to restore the anatomical stability of the ligament, together with effective rehabilitation, is an important means of restoring control of the knee joint and returning to work. However, due to the limitations of rehabilitation assessment techniques, most post-reconstruction patients are still unable to undergo individualised rehabilitation, which in turn affects the recovery of their post-operative motor function. In this study, on the basis of the surface electromyography technique, which has been demonstrated to be a good indicator of the neuromuscular function of the lower limbs in patients with ACL injuries, we propose to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the neuromuscular function and biomechanics of the lower limbs of patients with ACL injuries at different stages by using surface electromyography and 3D gait analysis, and to explore the focus of rehabilitation at different stages after ACL reconstruction based on in-depth analysis of the assessment results. And the results of the sports biomechanics evaluation are used as the basis for formulating individualised rehabilitation treatment programmes. At the same time, the patients treated with the traditional rehabilitation programme were used as controls, and the gait analysis, surface electromyography analysis and comprehensive motor ability score were used to compare the differences in treatment effects between the two groups, providing a theoretical and technical basis for the establishment of a personalised rehabilitation programme for patients with knee cruciate ligament injuries.
