The fluxes of two Gyrodinium species (G. rubrum and G. heterogrammum) in the austral summer of 2020 in the Indian sector of the Southern Ocean

The sinking particle samples were collected by sediment traps on the Shirase cruise of the 61st Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE61, 2019/20 season). This is a dataset of two Gyrodinium flux (G. rubrum and G. heterogrammum) estimated by qPCR analysis.沉降颗粒物样品由沉积物捕集器采集自第61次日本南极研究考察队（JARE61，2019/20航季）的白濑号考察航次。本数据集包含经定量聚合酶链反应（quantitative polymerase chain reaction，qPCR）分析估算得到的两种旋沟藻属（Gyrodinium）物种（红旋沟藻G. rubrum与异纹旋沟藻G. heterogrammum）的沉降通量数据。
