Raw Data for Anaerobic Oxidation of Methane in Constructed Wetlands

This dataset contains the underlying data supporting the study on anaerobic oxidation of methane (AOM) in constructed wetlands. The dataset includes AOM rate data, methane concentration time-series data, AOM potential and isotope fractionation data, and raw electrochemical data used for CV, EIS, and DPV analyses. Raw metagenomic sequencing data are deposited separately in NCBI under BioProject accession PRJNA1509743.
