Gene expression profile at single cell level of synovial cells from patients with late-stage knee osteoarthritis

Innate immune cell are increased in the synovium in knee osteoarthritis. We used single cell RNA sequencing to analyze synovial cellular profiles, function, and biological processes. Overall design: Synovial cells were isolated from 8 patients with late-stage knee osteoarthritis and analyzed in two gorups (more pain vs less pain) by single cell RNA sequencing.
