1、数据设计:从电机电枢的产品设计文档中提取电机电枢的各组成部分的结构参数构成原始电机电枢设计数据集,设计缺陷检测装置的夹持组件;根据缺陷检测要求,获取缺陷检测部位的参数数据集,进行缺陷检测装置的检测组件设计,以适用于不用型号的电机电枢缺陷检测;并结合国标设计结构; 2、数据处理:根据电机电枢的原始设计数据集,确定缺陷检测装置的夹持组件的设计参数,根据缺陷检测部位的参数数据,确定检测组件的设计参数,根据缺陷检测装置的夹持组件的设计参数和检测组件的设计参数,确定缺陷检测装置的设计参数,并通过三维设计软件模拟电机电枢缺陷检测,对不同型号的电机电枢进行模拟缺陷检测,根据模拟缺陷检测与缺陷检测标准要求的误差进行调整,获取电机电枢缺陷检测装置设计数据集。 3、数据应用:可用于电机电枢缺陷检测,不受电机电枢的型号限制,满足不同型号电机电枢的缺陷检测要求,以提高电机电枢的生产质量,和检测效率。

1. Data Design: Extract the structural parameters of each component of the motor armature from its product design documents to construct the original motor armature design dataset, and design the clamping assembly of the defect detection device. Obtain the parameter dataset of the defect detection positions based on defect detection requirements, and design the detection assembly of the defect detection device to be suitable for defect detection of motor armatures of different models, while adhering to the design structures specified in national standards. 2. Data Processing: Determine the design parameters of the clamping assembly of the defect detection device using the original motor armature design dataset. Then derive the design parameters of the detection assembly based on the parameter data of the defect detection positions. Further confirm the overall design parameters of the defect detection device by combining the design parameters of the clamping assembly and the detection assembly. Conduct simulated defect detection for motor armatures of various models via 3D design software, adjust the device parameters according to the errors between the simulated defect detection results and the defect detection standard requirements, and finally obtain the motor armature defect detection device design dataset. 3. Data Application: This dataset is applicable to motor armature defect detection, without being restricted by the motor armature model. It meets the defect detection requirements of motor armatures of different models, thereby improving the production quality and detection efficiency of motor armatures.
