Total mRNA seq was perfomed on widtype and Ret null mouse embryonic gut at 3 stages of devlopment- E10.5, E12.5 and E14.5 Total RNA from 3 replicates each of wildtype and Ret null emryonic gut was converted to cDNA and run on HiSeq 2000 (75 bp paired end)
本研究针对野生型（wildtype）与Ret基因敲除（Ret null）小鼠胚胎肠道，在其发育的三个阶段——E10.5、E12.5及E14.5——开展总mRNA测序。实验分别采集野生型和Ret基因敲除小鼠胚胎肠道各3份生物学重复样本的总RNA，将其反转录为互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）后，于HiSeq 2000测序平台上进行75 bp双端测序。
