Datasets contain particulate organic carbon (POC) concentration in carbon concentration units for different POC sizes. It includes enivronmental and ecosystem variables. Original POC data were collected by UVP5 instruments. Datasets includes unfiltered and filtered POC data. These data were used in the study that aimed to emerge POC size classes and their environmental and ecosystem drivers.
