Neuropeptides regulate larval settlement.

We use the synthetic mature peptide MIPs to treat Urechis unicinctus larvae, and study the molecular mechanism of MIP regulation of larval settlement by transcriptome sequencing.本研究采用合成成熟肽MIPs处理单环刺螠（Urechis unicinctus）幼虫，并通过转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）研究MIPs调控幼虫附着定居的分子机制。
