Trichoptera genome assemblies, opsin alignments, and opsin gene tree.

These are the alignments, trees, and gff files for the 123 opsin sequences pulled from 25 caddisfly genomes in this study. There are separate alignments for each opsin type (LW, SW, UV, & RH7) and an alignment with all opsin types combined together with outgroup sequences. The gff folder has a separate gff file for every species in this study with the coordinates of each opsin gene. There are also tree files for both the AA and CDS trees with bootstrap support. In addition, 4 new Trichoptera genome assemblies for the following species are included: Atopsyche callosa, Limnocentropus insolitus, Plectrocnemia conspersa, and Rhyacophila brunnea.
