Figure 4 – Source Data (TF synaptic transmission and oRRPTF analysis)

This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate all panels of Figure 4, which examines thalamofrontal (TF) synaptic transmission following chronic NMDAR hypofunction using optogenetics, whole-cell recordings, and single-unit activity analyses.<br>Included data:- Optogenetically evoked EPSCs during 10 Hz stimulation (Panels 4a–d), including peak amplitudes, paired-pulse ratios, and normalized response amplitudes.- Single-unit activity recorded in dmPFC during mediodorsal thalamus (MD) electrical stimulation (Panels 4e–h), including spike counts per bin and peri-stimulus histograms at 0.1 Hz and 10 Hz stimulation.- Readily releasable pool of TF synapses (oRRP_TF) during 1 s optogenetic stimulation (Panels 4i–l), including fast component charge, refilling current, nonlinear charge–stimulation power relationships, normalized pool unit (PU) values, and summary measures at saturating intensity.<br>Structure:- Each worksheet corresponds to a panel or measurement type.- All values represent unprocessed raw data directly used to generate the figure.<br>This dataset enables full reproduction of the TF synaptic transmission and vesicle pool analyses presented in Figure 4.<br>
