"This dataset supports surrogate modeling of multipactor discharge on rectangular-groove periodic dielectric surfaces. It contains 25,582 samples generated via Monte Carlo (MC) simulation, covering a four-dimensional physical parameter space: RF field frequency f, electric field amplitude E, maximum secondary electron yield coefficient \u03b4max(0\u00b0), and groove width D. Each sample pairs a parameter vector with a 1024-point time-domain electron population waveform, discretized via uniform sampling from the continuous MC output. The parameter ranges are selected to span both multipactor-active and suppressed regimes, ensuring coverage of exponential avalanche, mitigated growth, rapid extinction, and oscillatory decay behaviors. The dataset is intended for two supervised learning tasks: a forward task mapping physical parameters to electron population dynamics, and an inverse task recovering groove width from observed waveforms and known operating conditions. It may serve as a benchmark for data-driven multipactor threshold evaluation and geometry-level inverse design in high-power microwave dielectric window applications."
