Assessing collaborative training of non-technical skills for Norwegian maritime pilots in virtual reality

Quantitative dataset for a thesis by the same name. Norwegian maritime pilots participated in a collaborative non-technical skills training intervention in virtual reality, and team BRM performance data was collected before, after and six months after to assess the training effectiveness. In addition, team BRM performance data was also captured during the training intervention itself. The dataset also contains dataseries for the validation a BRM measurement instrument that was developed and used in the thesis.
