Metabolomic profiling of autophagosomes and conditioned medium in EGF-stimulated cells

This dataset contains processed metabolomics data acquired from EGF-treated cells to analyze metabolite compositions in autophagosomes and the conditioned medium. Cells were treated with 200 ng/mL EGF, and autophagosomes were isolated by differential centrifugation and affinity purification. Metabolites were analyzed by LC-MS. Three data files are included:- `Autophagosome_metabolite.xlsx`: Metabolite abundances detected in purified autophagosomes.- `Autophagosome-medium_2 vs 2_metabolite.xlsx`: Paired comparison of medium samples.- `20200327_AP lysis.xlsx`: Reference lysis buffer metabolite background. This dataset supports publication findings on the metabolic cargo and secretion profile of autophagic vesicles under EGFR pathway stimulation.
