B cells were pre-treated with an IRAK4 inhibitor PF-06550833 and an IRAK4 degrader KTX-545. The cells were stimulated with CpGB for 4 hours and were then profiled by RNAseq to see the differential effects of the IRAK4 degrader vs the IRAK4 inhibitor.
