Development of a new method of DNA extraction from soil

A new method of soil DNA extraction with open protocol ensuring extrimely high DNA recovery and purity without using of silica sorbtion/resorbtion at any type of columns. The aim of investigation is comparison a new method with traditionally used comertial kits for DNA extraction.
