Reliability feature of programs

The dataset is associated with the research article entitled “Machine Learning Approach to Predict Software Reliability of Large and Complex Software”.  The dataset has been developed to predict the reliability of software programs. The dataset is based on the latent faults present in Java programs. The dataset is specifically used to evaluate the performance of machine learning algorithms.  The dataset is generic and can be applied to test the reliability of Java programs during testing, deployment, and even during the maintenance phase.
