The goal of this study was to determine whether loss of LKB1 in HBEC3-KT cells (an immortalized human bronchial epithelial cell line) changes the rhythmic expression of genes. Cells were synced with a 30-min pulse of dexamethasone and samples were collected at 4 hour increments from 24-48h post-sync, in triplicate.
